SkyScraping NYC

After ‘taking’ a year out from University I began looking to intern and improve my CV and experience, like a real live fashion student should. Aside this, I wanted to travel, alone. So integrating the two seemed smart and agreed fiscally. I began applying for internships and following the usual processes (but via Skype) I was offered a placement in NYC for an well-known British designer. Chuffed.

I got everything booked and allowed 10 days at the beginning of my trip for sight-seeing and time to enjoy myself. For the first part, staying in a hostel, *Hosteling International NYC, Manhattan to ensure I endured all the touristy bits New York had to offer. I will then move to a warehouse building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to live with 4 other student types/ locals youths.
